The “Risk Management” training program has been specifically designed for managerial staff, based on combining both (theoretical and practical) elements. This means helping trainees grasp the theoretical concepts of the subject while supporting them with practical applications. The program is reinforced with practical applications, case studies, and exercises that enable trainees to translate theoretical concepts and ideas into practical behaviors and working methodologies. This empowers them to explore the requirements of an integrated quality system and work on its continuous improvement, ultimately achieving the highest levels of professional development and career excellence.
