Fee refund policy

Detailed Refund / Cancellation / Change Policy

▪ To provide training and development services, the services offered are non-refundable because payments are made after the completion of the course, consultation, or project.

▪ The academy’s management undertakes to preserve the rights of an absent member with a valid medical excuse or accident, allowing them to choose to postpone attending a similar course or enroll in another course at the same price.

When it is necessary to replace a candidate with another, the following will apply:

▪ Substitutes will only be accepted if they meet the necessary requirements. The academy will consult with you to transfer participants who lack the required skills for the course to another course that is more suitable for them.

▪ The trainee’s organization will be charged the costs related to participants who are nominated outside the agreed schedule and listed as substitutes but do not meet the necessary requirements for the course they are nominated for.

Conditions for Cash Refund:

• Amounts paid by participants who did not attend the training course or who did not inform the academy about their inability to attend the course will not be refunded.

• If the training course is canceled by the academy, the academy will reschedule the course. If the course cannot be held, the amounts paid by those registered for the course will be refunded.

• To withdraw from the training course, you must inform the academy through the official company email or by attending in person and filling out the form during the announced times.

❖ The person responsible for handling refunds is the financial manager. You can contact them in the office at the accounts department, and they will provide you with details and information regarding the refund policy and the procedures for the refund system.

Refund and Withdrawal Policy Dates:

o The full amount will be refunded if the academy is notified 20 days before the start of the training.

o 75% of the training fee will be refunded if the academy is notified 10 days before the start of the training.

o 50% of the training fee will be refunded if the academy is notified 7 days before the start of the training.

o No refund will be made if the academy is notified less than 7 days before the start of the training.

• Please fill out the refund form with your bank account details for transfer purposes.

• The refunded amount will be processed within 30 working days upon receiving the approved request form, documents, and the valid contract agreed upon.

Change Conditions

“Higher Innovation Academy for Consulting and Training” reserves the right to change the course schedule and content for technical or administrative reasons or in the case of emergency circumstances.

In all cases, the timing will depend on Dubai time for calculating days.

In all cases, Higher Innovation Academy reserves the right to deduct administrative fees, which will be determined later based on the nature of each course.

Absence Policy

The student is not allowed to be absent for more than two days except for a valid medical excuse.

If the absence exceeds the previously specified period, “High Innovation Academy for Consulting and Training” retains the right to not accept the student after issuing a written warning. The student will not be entitled to a refund, whether in full or partially.

Higher Innovation Academy for Consulting and Training retains the right to change, update, or modify the refund and cancellation policy from time to time according to work conditions.
