iMasar Program

iMasar is an intensive multi-month program focused on business English communication across all professional domains. The program consists of three core stages:


1) GO ENGLISH (Foundation Stage)

This initial 40-hour stage builds a solid foundation in general business vocabulary and communication, divided into two courses:

  • Market Leader 1:
    Covers real-world business English through practical expressions, scientific terminology, and daily professional interactions.

  • Market Leader 2:
    Enhances listening and speaking skills for business contexts (e.g., hotel bookings, travel arrangements, pricing negotiations) using industry-specific terms.


2) COMPANY ENGLISH (Specialization Stage)

A 60-hour advanced tier addressing real-world business demands, with three focus areas:

  • English for Customer Care:
    Trains sales, customer service, and frontline staff (banks, hotels, call centers) in effective client communication strategies.

  • English for Marketing & Advertising:
    Covers marketing strategies, ad design, campaign discussions, and research terminology.

  • English for Emails:
    Teaches professional email writing—responding efficiently, using diplomatic language, and mastering standard/business expressions.


3) WORKING ENGLISH (Professional Mastery Stage)

The final 60-hour stage for achieving elite business proficiency:

  • English for Meetings:
    Skills to confidently lead/participate in meetings: scheduling, proposing ideas, handling disagreements, and cross-cultural communication.

  • English for Presentations:
    Techniques for delivering impactful English presentations, including visual aids (charts/graphs), Q&A handling, and closing strategies.

  • English for Business Writing:
    Polishes professional writing for emails, memos, and reports—emphasizing clarity, logic, and formal structure.
